Petri likes Chris and is glad he goes to her spa. However, he is not looking forward to his next visit, but his mommy will bring him in anyway when he looks like Wooly Bully! Petri and his mommy say, "Have a great, super day!"

would like to be called when LOLA was ready to be picked up. I called twice about info. on her and received no return call from anyone. So I decided to just show up and hope she was ready. Took her in at 10:00am and they lady who groomed her told me she would be ready around 2 pm. nothing for sure was discussed so I assumed I would be getting a call back when she was ready. did not. she seemed a little over booked to me. Only took a couple hours the last time. not sure why it took 4 hours except there were about 4-5 dogs there already when I showed up with LOLA. Also, i was not made aware that the store had moved by anyone when I made the appointment. thats why I only gave 4 stars. Not complaining at all. you just asked for my feedback so I gave it to you. Thanks

Pringle got his bath and groom on Friday, he looks adorable and smells so good!! Chris does a great job!!
