The grooming by Chris Kirby was great, and my dog had a very positive experience. My only comment is about better communication. Before the appointment was very good, with emails and text reminders, however, about 10 minutes before she was finished grooming, Chris went to the shop and asked that I be called to let me know she would be finished with my dog in 10 minutes. No one called or texted me, and I waited in my car in the parking lot for another hour before finally going in to find out when she would be ready. With a 45-minute drive each way, having an hour wasted wasn't the best use of my Saturday afternoon.

Scooby looks & smells great!

I took my parents elderly poodle in to be groomed. She looked so nice when they were done and my parents were so happy. Kris did exactly what my parents wanted. We have found our new groomer and pet store.

As always 2guyz boutique did an amazing job on Bruce! He is a big boy and can be a difficult one, but always makes him so comfortable and I feel very comfortable leaving Bruce with them to make him look amazing! I recommend everyone to come here! (Shared on Facebook)
