My dog always looks great when she is done. I appreciate how friendly all staff are to the animals and owners, it helps reassure my nervous dog.

Winnie looks great, but she keeps shaking her head and one of her ears looks red inside. This is the second time this has happened right after her bath & grooming. Last time we had to go to the vet & get ear infection meds. Looks like we may have to do that again. I am not sure what is causing it, but seems to happen the day after bath/grooming.

What a nice staff and a wonderful experience.
Kona came in a bit of a mess and left beautifully groomed and manicured. She received love & attention.
