Our regular groomer was booked til January and our dog needed to be friend yesterday. They were available and got us in the same day! They were so nice! Our dog came home happy, clean and with short nails (hooray!) and with an ornament with our dog’s picture! So cute!!! Will be back!

My cat isn’t used to being groomed and has only gone a couple of times but Madeline seems amazing with him. He always comes home looking/smelling amazing . Also you can just tell he feels so much better getting some is fluff gone.

Great! They showed me how to use the tub, water and blow dryer ... all great! They also had choices in soap, conditioner, face wash etc! Would absolutely go take my dog there again!

First time using the self wash station, it definitely made washing the dog a lot easier. Will be back again though next time we will be more prepared with our own brush for lathering.

I waited till the day before to call and the shop was fully booked. I was so pleased when Sam said she could squeeze my boy in. That’s great customer service!
And as always, she did a great job on my Cavalier’s cut. Thanks Sam!
