Our Aussie and Aussiedoodle have been groomed here for a couple of years now and we haven't had any issues at all. Our Aussie is 10, has a little arthritis and they treat him so gently. Took them yesterday, they go in willingly and Teemu the Aussie, wanted to jump up on one of the tables, so that told me he knows the routine and doesn't mind it at all. Their cuts are always spot on and when we know the pups have excessive matting from vacations and swimming, they tell us exactly what might need to be done. They know to not shave an Aussie, he was matted and the cut was perfect. The staff is so kind and obviously loving, or our little guys wouldn't go right in, which has happened at other places, and that is certainly a big clue.

Very efficient and aware of the dog's needs. Were quick so the stress for my dog was limited.
