I had an excellent experience with using the self wash facilities, your employees were very helpful, and I am, in fact, bringing him back next week for a further bath and trimming of some excessive matting on his underside and legs. I should mention that he is a HUGE long haired Akita that is well over 225 Lbs...he loved his warm bath!

Did a great job. This is my first time using this groomer. My 9 year old dog came home with a full groom from teeth to tail with minimal stress. Very professional. Definitely will be making Lake Forest Grooming our regular groomer.

This place was great. We just moved to the area and I was very nervous about taking her to a new groomer. The haircut was great! The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

What a great experience! I love Lake Forest Grooming and Pet Spa...It is clean and so pleasant! Sam does an amazing job...Daisy looked so adorable with her Christmas scarf when I picked her up. I give 5 stars! I’ll be back!
