Madeline did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. My dog looked and smelled good after her styling. I gave 4 starts because the receptionist is not as friendly as I had hoped. I needed reassurance and she was a little cool. Still I am happy with the service and will return.

Madeline groomed our Mia very well. She has a great personality and asked what we requested for Mia; etc. Madeline was awesome!

Madeleine is great. She really listens to what we want and how we want our dog to look. She is also warm and friendly. We trust her with the safety and happiness of our dog.

Consistently great experience - our girls are very skittish but Jasmine does a wonderful job with them. We know they're in excellent care when we drop them off.
