Bath Brush and Beyond

Took my puppy in for first groom last week. She looked great after! Feedback: for new clients (especially first time puppy owners for first groom), spend some additional time going over what to expect, how long the appointment should take, maybe even step by step what the groom will involve. This would be helpful for newbies and is just good customer service.

Jade always does an amazing job grooming my Goldendoodle! Gatsby does get a little nervous (what dog doesn’t get nervous at a grooming appointment) but she always is excited to see Jade! I always recommend Brush Bath and Beyond to all of my dog lovers :)

So far, Billy seems fine, so I think you accomplished what I wanted - he looks good, doesn't seem to have any skin irritations or sores (as he has had three times at other groomers), smells nice and his nails are trimmed. Thank you.

Bath, Brush, and Beyond is the best one stop shop in ABQ! The staff are always going above and beyond to help my pet and myself, including helping me size my pet for a thunder shirt to help her anxiety while commuting. I couldn't be happier and will be a life long supporter!

They did an exceptional job! I highly recommend them! I have a rescue dog, Rocket. He has a lot of anxiety. They worked with him and did a great job!

Mika looked good, especially loved the little Mohawk they gave her. After we got home from picking her up, I noticed that she had some blood droplets on my car seat, in the house where she was walking, and a blood stain in her bed where she laid after she settled in again. I inspected her to see where the blood may have been coming from but could not find the source. If she was accidentally nicked during her grooming session it would have been nice to have been informed about it. I am not sure if the groomer was aware of it though...I guess, at this point, a recommendation that I have, is that it would be nice to make sure that grooming staff is checking for nicks or bleeding after grooming is done and making sure to inform owners about it at pick-up. Other than that I am satisfied!

Jade did a wonderful job at grooming my baby boy. He looks so adorable. I would recommend Bath, Brush and Beyond if you are looking for a good dog groomer.
