If a major change in the appearance of a pet is going to be made during the grooming process (in this case completely cutting off the beard of a Standard Schnauzer), the owner should be consulted before the mistake is made. At least a quick telephone call would have been appreciated. The damage having already been done by the time I picked him up, it was an unexpected surprise.

While I am not a glamorous person, now I love to see how beautiful my pooch Zuni looks after her time with you!

This is a great caring place to take your pet to be groomed. They always do an amazing job. Also, they have many other pet supplies.

We absolutely love BB&B! We have been take our Piper to them since we got her. They do an amazing job and always do exactly what we asked. Piper is happy to go for her spa day and just as happy when I pick her up. We had several groomers groom Piper and they've all done a great job. They work with you regarding scheduling as well as being such friendly folks. During COVID-19we have already taken Piper there twice and each time they have followed the guidelines to the tee. We will continue to take our baby to BB&B and highly recommend them to all our pet parent friends.

Most amazing dog grooming company in town. Owners are awesome, there little store is legit and fully stocked. My dog loved it we can’t wait to go back in 2 months! I will refer you guys to everyone I know!

I used BBB for the first time after my groomer of 18 years retired. I am so impressed and can’t stop smiling at my cute pup! I was given a quick appointment to fix our dog’s hair after 4 months of “Covid Cuts”. She was a mess! When we picked her up, she had one of the cutest and most professional cuts she has ever had. She was cut exactly how her breed should look. She is a Wire Hair Fox Terrier and their hair is hard to deal with. I am so impressed and excited to have a new groomer!! Thank You so much BBB!
