Angie had a great experience at BB&B! Leo was so affectionate with my little girl, she snuggled right up to him! Dogs just know when they are loved! She looked so pretty when we picked her up! They didn't shave her pretty face like the other places and she still looked like a Shih Tzu but a groomed one! Her little "polar bear" feet were trimmed to perfection and they had a beautiful ribbon with a jeweled flower around her neck (Angie hates bows!). The care and attention she received was obvious from the tip of her little nose to her tail, I could tell she was pampered. The salon is spotlessly clean and even has a well stocked shop I will utilize next visit. These people CARE about your pet, your satisfaction and the difficult job they do! Now that I know about them, I wouldn't take Angie anywhere else! She deserves it! (Shared on Facebook)

Thanks so much for finding her rash...we went to the vet today and it is acute dermatitis and treatable with a steroid injection, claritin and wearing a cone, she is fine!!!

Being Ella's first grooming in over 9 years, I was nervous for both of us due to a one time grooming trip when she was about 8 months old (in another state). From then till this Sep. 3rd, I have done all of her grooming but find it more difficult in both of our older years. When I picked her up after this first grooming in Bath, Brush, and Beyond I found Ella was calm, she looked great (better than I ever did) and we have found where we will go for regular appointments in the future. All the research and reviews did not steer us wrong...we are very pleased!! Thank you!

It is a joy to bring my sheltie, Maizee, to be groomed. I have Maizee trimmed a little different which is done superbly. Maizee loves prancing after being groomed showing off how beautiful she is and her happiness about feeling great! So very grateful for how wonderful everyone at Bath, Brush and Beyond is to work with.
