I brought my Shamrock in on 8/14 for his regular grooming. While checking him in, he suffered a seizure. Being that he has only had 2 small seizures and now 2 full body seizures, the vet is still searching for the causes. The staff at B3 was extremely helpful during the episode. I took him home and they scheduled a new appointment for this past Saturday (8/22). They went above and beyond for Shammy at his re-do appointment doing everything possible to keep him calm and comfortable and making sure he was extremely happy during the whole experience to help avoid any possible seizure triggers. You guys are terrific! Chloe used to shake ever time I brought her to her previous groomers but with you she comes out happy and wagging her tail. You give her the most adorable cuts. You are the ultimate dog whisperers!

Kingston looked and felt gorgeous. I've never had a groomer put anything on the paw pads to soften his rough skin. They felt so soft. He seemed calm after the experience. The staff at Bath Brush and Beyond was very nice and helpful.

Bella always feels so silky when I pick her up. I am amazed at how beautiful she looks after her grooming. For a dog who likes to be outside and sleep under the bushes in the mud, you untangle her long hair instead of shaving her and return her to her gorgeous self. You are a gem.

I've taken Bentley my fluffy corgi to many grooming facilities. However, bath brush and beyond has done the absolute best. He is the cleanest when he comes home from there and he is always happy going in. The way they cut his fur makes him look so cute. I will never take my dogs anywhere but there
