I’m really glad that I chose BB&B for my 1.5 yr old rescued Yorkies first ever grooming! From the beginning, the staff was friendly and pleasant and answered any and all questions that I had and made me feel welcome! I was given a next day appt which was great because I didn’t have to wait2-3 weeks like most places and was also assigned Jade the groomer who took the time to talk with me and explain what my needs were and what she would be doing being that my pup was a bit scared. All in all my experience was a great one and Jade did a beautiful job! I look forward to taking Bindi back to see her again soon!
