Both of the dogs were matted after a long winter without grooming, and I thought today's grooming was the best you have ever done for me. They both looked exctly how I wanted them to look: no poofs or goatees! Thank you.

Penny's 1st grooming w BB&B went VERY well. She looks beautiful and smells great.
The staff is super nice and obviously were very careful with our little girl.
Now we need to book her and her sister in on a regular basis.

This is the first time I brought my Pom here and I'm very satisfied with how pretty she came out! Her fur looked great, cut was precise and her feet and claws look amazing! She is a proud fluff ball! Thanks! We will be back!!!
