Lovely job and it is not a quibble just a preference I much preferred the shampoo you used on her previous visit she smelt lovely for weeks this one not as nice no fresh smell.

Another super job...he looks fantastic with his newly groomed coat and taking that little bit more off the length of his ears makes so much difference.

The groom that young Poppy Mai received was the best ever Debbie. You did exactly what we had discussed & rest assured Pops will be back. We have had some bad experiences in the past, thanks to you that is all behind us.
