Overall, I am really happy with her new 'do but I am a little disappointed that the groomer didn't read my note about leaving her eyelashes. But she still looks super cute.

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with Molly! Doodles are not the easiest dogs to groom but you handle Molly and her curls with impressive ease. She's also an anxious little one but she doesn't seem to mind going to Groom. It took me a while (and several bad groomers) to find you but I'm glad I did!

Customer service, scheduling and the aesthetics of the groom were great. However, my dog returned with a knick on her vulva and now very irritated. I will likely return for another service but if anything like that happens again I'll have to go elsewhere.

I appreciate the hard work to groom our dog, I know she is difficult. But I am very disappointed that her tail was cut. I thought I had made it clear when I dropped her off and I even called as soon as I returned home to say we loved her tail long. It will take several months for it to grow back. I'm very sad about this.
