Awesome, awesome grooming job, as usual. Darcy looks so pretty, and her grooming was quick like I requested. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is that her left front paw toenails weren't clipped. Just an oversight, I know, and it's no big deal. :)

Friendly staff, when I booked my appt., when I dropped off Max, and when I picked him up. I appreciated the groomer sharing his knowledge of how to care for Max's coat; it was good to know information. Nice, clean place, too. And reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Pure Grooming!

Carly looked great after grooming and I appreciated your using oatmeal medicated shampoo. It looks like the probiotics you recommended are helping to get rid of brown staining around her mouth, probably caused by fungus.

I loved that I got a text right off the bat to remind me of my appt. Michael greeted us and was very warm and friendly to Shasta she immediately was calm and reassured. He did a fantastic job on her and did not keep her too long at all. He noticed her skin was irritated and itchy and offered her some special conditioner to calm her skin.upon pick up I had to walk her home as my car was in the shop and he even gave us water bottles and a free nylon collapsible water dish for Shasta! I was so touched by that! We will definitely return and I will remember to call a little early to get my preferred time. You know that they are awesome because they are booked pretty solid! This was our first time taking Wally to get groomed, and he looks great!! The whole staff was so welcoming, friendly, and informative. Pure Grooming has a great environment, too. I can't wait to bring Wally back!

Mike is awesome. He listens to you and he really follows your directions. He really knows his job, you can tell that he knows how to groom dogs according to the breed standards. I've never been disappointed with him. I'll stick with pure grooming for a long time.
