I was very upset you had my dog for four hours. Your answer was people kept coming in for nail trimmings etc and so you basically kept putting walk-ins in front of my dog. It usually takes two hours for grooming and four hours is a deal breaker for my dog who hates going in the first place. I won’t come back if that is how you are going to run your business.

Ulises did a great job with Lucas. Ulises even washed our harness for us, which was very smelly due to the rain. It was very much appreciated!

We always appreciate the excellent care Leo and Lolli get year after year. Thanks to Haley, Carina and staff our Golden Retriever and Maltese always look beautiful after their appointments. The gentle treatment all the dogs get is really sweet. The staff cares and the dogs know it! Congratulation on your new facility. It's clean and bright and a very convenient central location.
