Tommy the Dog really liked all the people at Spot. He seemed very comfortable. His bath and grooming was excellent and everything was explained carefully. The only small complaint is that the time estimate was 2:30 to 3:00 hours and it took 3:30. I made the mistake of coming before he was ready and had to wait for 20 minutes. So, either a better estimate for how long it will take, or, a recommendation that I not pick him up until after I am called would be helpful. See you soon. Thanks!
