Carina did a great job on Cosmo.. Much better than the previous time. I hope that she can do Cosmo routinely although I still prefer Catherine.

Courtney and Kenna did a great job with a full-on fluffing of Shasta, even noticing a hot spot we had not been aware of until after the grooming. Great job, all around, as usual. Thanks!

I am very pleased by how Uncle Fred looks. I appreciate Catherine taking the time to banter with me- that social connection is a real plus. I had booked the wrong service when I meant to give him a haircut. The groomers had the time, and more importantly, took the time to give him what he really needed. Love that you guys brushed his teeth. That sets you apart and will keep us coming back. Kudos to Catherine and the staff!

Kenna did an excellent job with both Nala and Ginger! The girls were happy, feel soft, smell wonderful, and their haircuts are adorable! Can't wait to return in 7 weeks!

Great staff (Courtney and Caron) were so friendly to me and showed such love to my dog. Roxy looked happy and adorable upon pick up. Also prices are very reasonable and store is clean and beautiful. We feel lucky to have found them!
