After two months of rainy, muddy weather, my long-haired dog Tashi was a total mess! I was embarrass to bring him in and anticipated getting sharp rebukes and warnings about shaving him down. Instead I was greeted with smiles and assurance that he would come out looking like a 'new dog'!! When I returned to pick him up, staff was all smiles and welcoming and he was, indeed, 'just like new'.

Ruby came home happy and clean. She is a bit shorter than I thought, her summer cut and a little bare in spots. I always appreciate the TLC she gets at Spot.
