Standard poodle Ruby loves Roxanne! Okay, this is nothing short of a miracle. Roxanne is gentle and Ruby is sensitive...a perfect match. We've been to a lot of different groomers in Ruby's nine years and Spot wins hands down, er, paws down ;)

Not only do I give Spot 5 stars, but a huge thank you for the careful grooming of our Golden Retriever who is recovering from leg surgery. She was matted and dirty and had not been able to be groomed for over 2 months. She came out of Spot with her head held high and feeling happy and clean. She loves the caregiver/groomers. She looked beautiful. I ran into 6 people in downtown Mill Valley who stopped us as we walked to comment on how beautiful she looked and asked if she had just been groomed. I gave you full credit! I also sent you a lovely woman who will be a new customer...she has a Golden Retriever also and loved how Shasta looked and is going to transfer her business to you based on our conversation.
