Everything for Skookee's (small miniature 3 yr old chocolate poodle) was fine. I like the precision timing of the dropoff and pickup.
The groom of my design for Skookee was lovely. The scent of the shampoo was a bit much. In the future I'd prefer scentless shampoo and gentle oatmeat base preferably.

Not only does Franklin get a great bath he has a great time. The precautions taken by the staff to maintain their safety and their clients is very appreciated.

We got a next day appointment for long overdue nail trimming. Sammie was in and out in about 5 minutes, we were able to do contact-less payment via paypal and his nails look great! We'll be back :)

You are handling the operations with total professionalism during the pandemic. I like how organized, on time and clear you are about drop off and pick up and the fact you require masks. Our appointment was perfect. Sadie and I were met outside on time and she was ready on time. She had a wonderful grooming, as always. The staff at Spot is awesome.
