Great haircut and Izzy is always happy to come to Spot Care.
For some reason, the shop was unusually busy and ran behind schedule which was a bit of a nuisance for us on this particular day, as we were trying to get out of town before rush hour. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, however.

Catherine did a perfect cut on Zari’s body, legs and tail. We miscommunicated on her head and ears, however and her head is much shorter than we hoped for. Her ears look more like a poodle than a Bichon. Catherine assured me this could be adjusted next time. We’re looking for a fuller head, either round or bell shaped and less fluffy ears. Thank you and sorry I was not more clear this time.
