I am overall satisfied .. we did agree prior not to cut his coat so I was a bit surprised she had .. other wise I’ll be back and we can be more definite with instructions.. thank you

I truly have nothing to say other than Duffy looks beautiful but most of all he enjoys his time with you. He truly did not want to go into his former groomer's salon. There was something there that made him uncomfortable. Thank you.
