Lake Forest Grooming & Pet Spa

I was very pleased with the grooming my dog received. The pricing was reasonable and the staff seemed to genuinely love dogs. My only problem is the payment options. No Zelle. No Venmo. But Apple Pay. Rather dismissive of android phone users.

He looks amazing and always comes home happy and showing off his haircut! He gets excited when we pull up and loves everyone there!

Carter came home looking amazing but more than that, he was so happy! He’s incredibly special to me and medically very fragile, so my anxiety when dropping him off is ridiculous. Carter was so full of joy and loved the staff - he had a great day!!!

Lovely and helpful receptionist was at the desk. She explained everything to us. I really like the shampoo & conditioner they have. It’s left Mia’s coat so soft. Mia is only 11 lbs so it was difficult to dry & brush her because there wasn’t a table that I could set her on so I had to go down on the floor on my knees to be able to do that. I really like the establishment and the people working there though.

They always do a great job with my miniature poodle are very considerate with her special needs.

Nalani looks great as usual. The "puppy cut" makes her face look even younger! She is always a happy puppy when she gets groomed here.

From the first phone call to the walk out after service, this groomer is the best we have used. Our dog is a very sensitive, huge monster of a boy. You could say a “ Baby Hughey” for those old enough to no that cartoon. Hey never goes away from a groom happy, but he did this time! Jasmine not only had him looking better than he has ever looked, but she actually was fond of him. This is the most affectionate dog I have ever known, but also the worst behaved for a groom. He not only was complimented on his behavior and loving spirit, but also that Jasmine enjoyed having him there. (A FIRST) We have never been given a positive at the several groomers in this area. Our boy is loved on and admired everyday in the village and known affectionately by name by many of our senior, neighbors. OC Groomers and Pet Spa; hats off to you and I give my highest rating and admiration to all the staff, especially Jasmine! And the $ is amazingly reasonable.
