His rectal/sanitary area is so short that I think it’s very itchy for him. Can you make a note to not do it quite so close next time. Thanks.

Crystal was wonderful! Toast was apprehensive her first time at the groomers, but Crystal took it slowly and won Toast over. Toasty's haircut is adorable and she has been prancing around since!

Crystal is awesome w/Charlie. Charlie is an old dog but Crystal knows how to tenderly handle him. He looks like a million bucks after she is done w/him.

We are super happy with our puppy’s groomer, Jasmine. She communicated the time frame for Blueberry to be done and she called us 10 minutes before he was done to give us time to pick him up. She told us about his experience during his visit.
She has amazing people and dog communication skills.
We will be bringing our puppy back to her.

Jasmine did a great job with Koda! He looks amazing and he smells so good. She got all of his undercoat out which is a huge lifesaver for me. I will definitely be bringing him back the next time he needs a bath!! Thank you Jasmine.
