My dog is difficult and again, they did a great job getting his nails done. I appreciate their efforts to get done.

I lost my previous groomer of many years and I’m actually glad about it now. Love this groomer and Madeline. She does a great job with my older pup. The salon is wide open so you can see your fur baby. No cages or back rooms. Very convenient location and scheduling is easy. Highly recommend this groomer.

Jasmine and staff were great! It was our puppy's first grooming session and they did a fantastic job. Well done. One important suggestion for the business. Can you please have the capability to provide an itemized receipt beyond just the credit card receipt printout? Just a simple invoice that states grooming bath, $40, for example. My pet wellness program allows me to be reimbursed for grooming services, but I need some sort of invoice beyond just the credit card receipt that you print out? Even if you just have stationary and then hand write the charge and services.... please prep your staff for this. Thank you.

Princess looks amazing! Best haircut she's had in a long time, and the staff was so gentle with her. She's not the most cooperative pup to groom in her old age. Will definitely bring her back for her next grooming! Thank you!
