I am very apprehensive about leaving my dog. This was only my second time taking my pup to this salon. I asked that they please give me a heads up call before they were done and Madeline did. She followed all my request about the grooming of my pup. The entire salon is extremely nice and friendly. I am happy to have found this salon!!

It was my first time taking my dog Bella to Lake Forest PetSpa. It was a great experience. Bella was comfortable when we walked in & was done with her bath & mini trim in 2 hours.

Madeline is remarkable with Coco. For the first 2 years of her life, I took her to Petsmart or Petco grooming. Both companies would say they could not grind her nails or brush her teeth as she was too difficult. Madeline takes great care of her and I have highly recommended the location to others.

When I picked her up Pippa was clean, happy and she smelled great. And everyone waved goodbye to her—a good indicator of the kindness and attention they give to their guests.

Poor little Catherine is a snowflake and the fact that she didn't leave with PTSD speaks well for the experience! She looks and feels pretty....what more can a girl ask for. Thank you!!!
