This is def the best spot for self-wash I've found in OC. With that being said, it was even better 6 months ago. Not as clean and service use to be better. Granted I haven't been coming as much as I moved to Also Viejo. Charging for a 2nd towel is overboard too. I'll be back.....just my 2 cents.

Madeline always takes such great care of our dog Bella and makes us feel so comfortable leaving her there even for her "Spa Day". Her cut is always perfect. Thank you Madeline

Everyone there is so patient. I have a very challenging pug and they treat him so well every time I bring him.

OMG!!!! This team is wonderful.
Drew did an incredible job on our Aussie; Piper. He was incredibly gentle. Piper was in a delicate state after having three seizures in one day a week earlier and was just off a collection of meds to stop the seizures. She is back to normal before her bath and haircut.
I would give them 10 Stars if I could. They have our business for life!

Fabulous experience! The shop is bright, clean and cheerful. Staff were all very kind and professional. Lucky came home looking (and smelling) amazing! Very easy to make my appointment. We will definitely be back!
