My dog looks good! He is always treated well and the groomers are gentle on my old dog. I appreciate that he doesn't have to wait long for his grooming and I am notified right away to pick him up.

The grooming was done professionally. My dog was very rested and smelled great. But I'm a bit disenchanted with the numerous reminders I received. Once I put it in my calendar, I am committed or at least have a number to call if something unexpected comes up. I wasn't clear if my dog's teeth were brushed/cleaned. On the plus side, I like that you have a variety of food, treats, and accessories. I also like that you require customers to wear a mask and keep a distance from one another.

Very awesome awesome experience. As a first time grooming experience for Freddy and us we are very very pleased with the services and customer service and even prices. From booking my appointment to picking up Freddy it was superb all throughout. It even exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend and I were a little nervous how our 5 year old shitzu would behave since it’s difficult for us to cut around his face and under his eyes since he has a really bad tear problem. Sometimes he will even bite and runaway from us. So before my appointment I was reassured that the groomers are professional and they deal with dogs like this all the time. When it was time to pick Freddy up he wasn’t even excited to see us he acted like he lived there almost. We also didn’t believe it was him it was a major transformation. A very good one! He is a very different happy dog now! He can see so clear and has no tear clumps at all. G Leo , Freddy’s groomer stated that Freddy was so good and that he is welcome back whenever we’d like since he was so chill and well behaved. This was such awesome words to hear. We found our grooming place for Freddy from now on definitely. If the groomer is happy to have Freddy and Freddy is happy going then we are happy and you can’t put a price on that even though it was a price I was very happy with I would have paid anything for such an experience and a awesome first expression. Freddy had a skip in his step and is so much more playful and happy I am so glad I chose Bath, Brush and Beyond! They really do go beyond the call of duty to groom your pet child! They gained a dog customer for life! I will most definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you for this we really appreciate your business and services! Especially G Leo he was the perfect groomer for Freddy!

Always 5 stars. Tania is always so good with Belle. She looks and smells great every time. She appears to be treated kindly also as when I pick her up she’s not upset. The price went up a little so I couldn’t leave the tip I usually leave but the grooming is always amazing.

Outstanding as usual. Elsie looked great. Elsie always seems to show off when she gets home and is in a better mood the rest of the day.
