Bodie is always excited to come see you guys and he always looks so nice when he leaves. You do a great job. My only criticism is that when someone supposedly called my cell phone to let me know that Bodie was done, they didn't leave a voicemail. According to my phone's recent history, I didn't miss any calls but I do know that if I am in an area with poor reception(like some of the restaurants at Coconut Point for instance) sometimes the calls go directly to my voicemail. If your staff doesn't leave a voicemail, I would have no way of knowing that Bodie was ready. I stopped in just to get a progress report and the girl working the front desk said he had been ready to go for an hour. Usually Bodie is playing and having a good time but he was whining this time. Turned out that he just really, really had to use the bathroom, lol. Not a big deal, but I think all of your customers would appreciate a voicemail or text if you say you are going to contact them when their pet is ready. Other than that, wonderful as usual!!

I JUST LOVE THE GROOMING SERVICES AT DIPIDYDAWG. THEY ALWAYS DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND TREAT MY LITTLE SOPHIE WITH SUCH GREAT CARE.

Georgina gave Jacob a wonderful grooming! She did an equally amazing job on a previous grooming with Quinnie. We love her! Jacob (bichon frisé) is a spaz with severe separation anxiety, making it difficult to deal with him, and Quinnie (cocker spaniel) was an injured rescue, making it nearly impossible to groom him without causing him pain or fatigue. Yet Georgina managed to handle both dogs beautifully. She also provided useful feedback after Quinnie's appointment. She is definitely an asset to Dippity Dawg, and we hope she works there for years to come!

Michelle was very conscientious in giving our newly rescued cocker spaniel a grand spa groom. Gracie looked & felt great after her appointment. A very positive experience! Thank you to Michelle & the rest of the friendly, upbeat staff we dealt with that day! :-) One note : The website lists Express Anal Glands as part of a Grand Spa Groom, but none of our dogs that have received a Grand Spa Groom have ever had their anal glands expressed. Maybe the website needs to be updated?

Georgina is wonderful, as always. Wish it didn't take quite so long.... I loved the 2 times that she was done in 1 1/2 hours because it was so handy to drop her, have lunch and pick her up... I got spoiled!!! But I do understand it can be busy...can you check why I always get duplicate appointment and feedback reminders on my email? Am I in your system twice? Can correct?

I have a very small dog that was expertly groomed at Dippity Dawg. I am always concerned about the extra claw she has on each of her front paws that groomers sometimes forget to trim. This was done as well. Groomer did come out to meet the owners and this is always a good practice.

I was very happy with the new groomer. I had never used her before. Will definitely use her again.
