Service was great and loved the atmosphere and staff. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due the overall cut. I left specific instructions on the length I wanted and to not cut his hair to low and even provided a photo of how I wanted him to be groomed. King looked nice but had much of his hair cut off and very short after it took several months to grow to the length and texture we wanted. Overall I will return and understand that sometimes it's a learning process. It was the first time we were there an asked them to notate his file for the next time. Hopefully the best time will be a 5 out of 5. Great place!
