This was Ruby's second time at the groomer's (both times with Groom) and both of us couldn't be happier!
Thorough and detailed cleaning and grooming by Julianne & her team and the pup was happy and smelling good when I came to pick her up.

Super speedy and efficient and I love coming back to Groom. Julianne and the staff members are always super friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing job and having patience with him yet again on Oliver.

Thank you for grooming the dogs. Their coats are smooth but their facial fur is a bit choppy, around eyes/nose on Cady and around the chin on Honey. Cady, in particular, needs her facial fur very short because it grows back so fast!

Great job. Only one thing, she had a cotton ball stuck deep in her ear. She was shaking her head but I couldn’t see anything. It fell out a few hours later. Just a reminder to be careful about cotton balls. Thanks!
