Wish they tried harder to try and clip nails

I'd like her beard and eyebrows to be trimmed as I asked when I brought her in. In general she's been clipped a bit too short for winter.

Hi - There was a little confusion around my appointments yesterday. I had booked a 8-9AM drop off and then an 11:30 teeth cleaning with Teeth Genie. Around 1:30PM I thought my dog Bella would be finished. I tried calling Groom Spaw but the line kept ringing without any answer so I texted Teeth Genie (not sure who I was texting) who informed me that Bella was finished. When I arrived around 2PM to pick up Bella I was informed that she had not had her bath and trim yet so I come back again to pick her up later that day. It was confusing and awkward and I was made to feel like I had made the mistake. It would have been helpful if someone could have called me to let me know that Bella's appointments were going over the usual time it takes and an update on when she would likely be finished.
