Very happy with Cubby’s grooming. You will be his new groomer. His last groomer I kept having to ask them to go shorter on his hiney but they never did. Mike did a great job the first time. Cubby looks so beautiful!

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. I was very satisfied with your services and appreciated that you were able to squeeze my doggie in on the day I contacted you. I would definitely recommend you to others. However, as a retired senior on a fixed income, I did find the cost (assuming I'd include a tip) a bit much considering there was no fur trim or other needs, and I believe other seniors like me will feel the same. So many of us need your services! But they will look around for the best rates, which will not benefit your business. I will use your service again, but not on a consistent basis, unfortunately. Times are tough, but you deserve every $ I paid. Thank you very much.

3 hour delay getting to dogs after drop off- then spent 15 min on grooming after we showed up to get them based on their time estimate! Grooming was shoddy - one haircut looked like a choppy mess and faces were trimmed unevenly so we had to fix them. Charged us $77 for 15 minutes of grooming time times two dogs. What a rip off - terrible service.
