I am so happy Lilly is coming to you for her monthly bath etc. She is very nervous about this and the fact that she is in such good hands puts me at ease. She also comes out super freehand clean

Mia always looks great after going to see Mike! We have never, not even once, been disappointed with the way she looks when we pick her up. Best groomer we have ever had!!!

We love Teddy's grooming! His tail is too fluffy though, I want it trimmed so it's not so poofy between his bottom and the end of his tail. So not as wide? I don't know how to explain it exactly. I'd like his ears cut shorter also.

Abby looks great - terrific cut. The face seems a little short in places, as we can see quite a bit of skin, but overall we're really pleased.

We thought Abby was going to have her gland expressed. Within minutes of getting home, she was doing the bottom scoot, which made us wonder about that. She's been doing a lot of scratching at her left shoulder, so to speak. Don't know what that's about, but will keep an eye on it. We're wondering if she was shaved a little too close under her eyes, as it's very pink - very close to the skin. We are very pleased with her cleanliness and her cut in all other ways. Her ears are great and we can see her eyes, which means she can see her surroundings as well - a plus. Thank you.
