Overall good job. I would have liked Cosmo's head and face to be trimmed more... Top of head a little too poofy and rounded and whisker, under lower jaw, and area around nose needs to be trimmed more... he as kind of a schnauzer look in those areas.

Winnie's last cut at Spot was less than satisfactory and I gave feedback as such. To your GREAT credit, you listened, offered me a discount for the subsequent cut if I tried you again, which I appreciate so much. I brought her in yesterday and I am so happy to say you listened, gave her a cut and grooming with my feedback in mind, and it is MUCH better than the last time. I wholly appreciate your responsiveness and willingness to try again. You did a great job and I'll be back again and again with this kind of service. Thank you.
