I think the cut was good overall, but too short/shorter than I tried to communicate I wanted - also asked that he not be shaved along the bridge of his nose. Hopefully my feedback in the shop and here will help perfect his next visit.

You guys are great. Following Izzy's cut, I was shown what you had to shave off of him, and now know what a mat is; how naive I was. I've already booked him for his next cut with you, and it's for a bit over 2 months, and not 5; its just not okay for him to be so matted. Kenna, you're great.
