Hazel has literally had a bazillion compliments since she left your salon on Thursday. It's actually kind of crazy. Every single person that walks by comments on her hair and her beauty. We LOVE you ladies!!!

My two senior dogs couldn't be happier nor look better than after their grooming at Spot Pet Care. What a wonderful place! No rushing, no stress, no negative attitude. My dogs are happy, not fearful. Gentle, caring groomers who do a fabulous job. My two Standard Poodles thank you. I'm extremely grateful to have found you.

I introduced Dahlia to SPOT, following an relationship with another Mill Valley groomer.

Shasta struts into Spot with her big smile on and a "can't wait attitude"! She has not had that reaction at other groomers. You pamper her beautifully and with her reaction, I know she feels safe and cared for with you all. Thank you!

Roxanne did a fantastic job! She is so sweet with Alfie, so although he has formerly been very uncomfortable being cut, since we switched to Roxanne, her kindness makes him cool with the process.
Communication up front caused his hair to be a bit longer than I had anticipated,
but my fault. Next time I will be more clear. Having said that, he looks absolutely adorable!!! She ROCKS.
