Shasta looks great and is always happy to go to Spot.
Just one suggestion...from our phone appt to the time we get there sometimes the full needs aren't communicated. This has occurred the last two times. I had requested that her paws and feathers be trimmed. The receptionist then says they aren't sure you can accommodate this need when I get there. You did do it after all both times, but I don't know why the request isn't noted when I book the appt. I always call in because I find I can get and appt sooner than if I try to use the on line booking system. thanks.

Paaske's bath was great! She had the softest and fluffiest hair ever! I am hoping that you would clip her nails rather just using the electric file on them. I'm almost always pleased with Spot's work!
