Caroline was cheerful and great to deal with. We especially appreciate Kellie's kind approach and sensible/natural suggestions for dealing with hot spots, nail care and matting. Best of all, after a visit with Kellie, Einey comes home happy-go-lucky and prancing. Couldn't recommend Spot Pet Care higher! At other groomers, my dog has had harrowing experiences with how he's been handled so that when I got him back he was cowering and upset. Several times, it took him a full day to recover from being in that salon!

Tigger came out of it clean and fluffy and with no apparent psychological scars. ;)

I love Spot Pet Care. I have a very cute but finicky minature poodle who has hated going to the groomer for the last 7 years. Last year I started taking him to Spot Pet Care. Latte, runs in immediately to see Katherine, Courtney and Olivia. He even wants to visit when we walk by the shop. Most impressive was Catherine's attention to detail when it comes to his overall health and appearance. My vet bills for his skin sensitivity , ear and eye problems has majorly decreased since his appointments with Catherine and Spot. I recommend them to every dog owner I know. Definitely a 5 star Shop.

There is still one litte mat from two baths ago. But spectacular job nonetheless!

I never have a problem getting an appt, ususally even on the same day! I LOVE that! Everyone of the staff members are a delight to work with and my dog always has a wagging tail when she goes to Spot Pet care. :)
