Catherine did an awesome job on Jack! She made him look like a puppy and he seems to be happy with less fur. She did everything I asked and more.

Bailey always gets great care from Catherine. The only slight hiccup was that the last time we were in we signed up for the monthly well being program. It turns out that it didn't happen so we did not receive the expected discount on Bailey's haircut or the conditioner that we purchased.

Catherine did an excellent job with my Westie, Bonnie. Bonnie has already received compliments on her haircut! We have been in to see Catherine several tines because she is really good at keeping Bonnie calm and happy and she has a real gift in grooming the perfect Westie style. She was initially recommended to me as "being great with Westies" and I can always count on Catherine to do great work--I'm impressed every single time!!!

We couldn't be more please with Courtney and Katherine. They are two sweethearts who greet our dog, Hazel, with open arms every week. The service is professional , Hazel always smells delicious and looks like a celebrity. Hazel enjoys going to Spot to get her blow out every week which makes us feel so good when we drop her off. ****** 6 STARS!!

It was our first time @ Spot Pet Care and were very pleased with the ease of finding the shop, the ambience, and most importantly with the staff. They were friendly, and we absolutely loved Ralphie's cut! I think he did too! P.S. The kerchief was a nice touch - I'm impressed!

Oscar's lenght was fabulous this time! I love that I can drop him off, you know what I like and get him out within 3 hours. Although you are on the more expensive side, your customer service and realiabilty keep us coming back!

Dharma and her sister, Heisu, look absolutely darling. Poster girls for a Bichon Calendar. Can't wait to show them off on Saturday at the monthly Bichon Bash in Sonoma off the square. Thank you Catherine for cutting them exactly as I requested. They look so precious, I can't stop picking them up, snapping pics and showering them with kisses. Fog Harbor Is a wonderful place to enjoy the view of the bay and have a great meal. we sampled the crab roll. Salmon cob salad. food And service great can't wait to get back.
