Overall, he looks great. The trim above his eyes is a bit funny looking though. It is very short along his "forehead and then very long on top. Would be great to fade that a bit more. Also, he keeps biting at his right front paw, so I'm wondering if his nail bled when you trimmed his nails?

Rufus always gets a great haircut here. He walks right in no problem. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Ulises did a wonderful job with Chandler. I spoke to him before the appointment about Chandler's struggles with past groomers. When I picked up Chandler after his appointment he seemed like his normal happy self. Which had never happened before after going to other groomers. It was also very quick, which I think made it easier for Chandler. It is also our favorite haircut Chandler has received. We are thankful and impressed. We will be back for Ulises.

Nice clean cut on the body. I had to trim his ear's when I got home — the length was a good 1/2" off.

He was very clean and paws were great. I wanted a bit more of an overall trim for him though and really wanted his tail hair cut down. My wife picked him up so next time upon pick up I’ll be more clear about asking if anything feels missed again. Thank you.
