It was really hard to get the appointment. I called several times and emailed twice. I wish you still had the online booking system on your website. Haircut itself was great.

Thanks for taking care of the dogs and doing a great job. Would love to find a way to get a more accurate idea of how long it will take as getting in and out of Mill Valley traffic can be tricky. This time they weren't ready for more than an hour after the time that I was told they would be ready. I totally understand that things happen, but would love to find a way to get a more accurate? realistic? pick up time so I can then plan around that and not be sitting in my car outside for an hour or more. Thanks again!
