My dog first time getting groomed! It was a wonderful experience super nice. I have a blue nose pit. I’m always apprehensive for someone to say something negative (or businesses to push us away) about my dog but they were totally welcoming with open arms!!! The only thing is all the construction going on in Mill Vally but that’s not their fault! Will be back!

Very friendly and outgoing staff. They took extra care to make Biscuit feel comfortable as it was his first visit.
And yes the hair and nail trim was fantastic!

The stripping was terrific. Perhaps there was a problem from nail clipping as she has a really sensitive paw that she is licking quite a bit since the appt altho is seems some better now. I would like to know if you can please use a drummel instead of clippers for nails on the next visit?

Snickers looked gorgeous after her grooming appointment with Haley! Her Poo-chon cut was perfect! Not too short, not too long. Also, the gentleman who greeted me was really friendly. Great experience overall!

Haley has been grooming Leo for several years. As a golden retriever, he takes more work than smaller dogs and she does a good job. Leo is a show dog but more important a therapy dog and breeder dog for an important organization of canine assistance. His health and well being is very important. I care about how he is handled. I appreciate Haley taking special care to follow instructions ie: ear protection & other things as needed. Leo enjoys his "beauty parlor" day at Spot and loves Haley and Carina too!
