Quick, efficient and affordable. My dog is anxious, and freaks out when we walk in, but calms with the treats in the lobby. Still panics when taken in the back, but comes out with shorter nails and ready for another treat.

Missed communication. I had to wait for 15 min. to pick up my dog because the person out front did not ask me if I needed help. Grooming is always great!

Spot has been amazing. After trying several grooming places, Haley is by far the best and spot is definitely the best salon. They are on time, efficient, and listen to feedback. They take notes, and each cut has been consistently great.

Carina is amazing at grooming Ed. He’s a very sensitive guy and doesn’t like haircuts, but she was comprehensive and gentle, he came out of his appointment feeling happy and looking dapper!
