It looked great, though we were expecting a bit of a shorter cut. Her back didn't seem to be cut at all. Probably a failure of communication on our part, and you did a great job with our very anxious dog. Thanks!

Bronte’s haircut was perfect & Cindy did a wonderful job!! I was confused on pricing as we had been referred by a doggie friend, Canto, whose owner said she paid $100 to groom her mini golden doodle. While I agree Bronte is closer to a medium size (she’s actually a mini) at 34lbs, I was surprised the price was $50 more for her grooming session.

Our dog does not always like his visits to the groomer but Carina was so awesome with him! Very grateful and he looks great for summer :)

we have always enjoyed the service at Spot Care however the recent increases have made it 20% more costly and given we do every 4 weeks we feel the work done on Lily would be less. We need to either find a new groomer or adjust our schedule to evry 6 weeks.
