so i know Bubba is old and it was probably hard for Ulises to keep him standing but last haircut was Fabulous and this time Bubba's face was left all fuzzy and long and hairy, his tail wasn't clipped at the bottom etc/ i had to re trim him at home and i am not a good dog groomer i am not cranky and will give better instructions next cut and totally appreciate Ulises work since Bub is old and probably had a hard time standing But perhaps you can suggest what i should do - maybe have the session cut into 2 days? or just cut faster? - i am not fussy about Bubbas haircut but was just so disappointed because of the super cut cut last time

The only reason I gave 4 stars this time, is the top of Ruby's tail got clipped short, which has never occurred before and didn't need to be taken down to the base. Otherwise she looks great and smells delicious and was happy as usual.

Hi Haley, Thanks for seeing Walter so spontaneously. I really enjoyed my visit but wanted to bring up that Walter kept licking one of his paws pretty excessively throughout the rest of the day and evening when not watched. I am guessing it was about the sensitive nail you mentioned? Just wanted to check whether I need to watch out for something that is causing this irritation for him. Thanks, Lisa.
