You guys were great. It was Georgia’s first professional grooming and I was a little scared to leave her. After all, she is a mama’s girl! But you guys made me (and oh yeah, her) feel so comfortable! She also look gorgeous when she came out. So shiny and soft. I thought she was shiny before , but now.....wow! I have always recommended you guys to my clients before because of other clients that I have taken and picked from you guys. But now I am your biggest fan! I can’t wait to make her next appointment.

The staff at Spot is absolutely amazing. After going for over 20 years to another groomer, I finally left because I was sick of my dogs being the first ones in and the last ones out the door. I love that Spot has actual appointments for both the dog’s sake and my own schedule. At my old groomer, I felt like I was being taken advantage of and their grooms were subpar. The final straw was one of my dogs coming home three legged lame when he was completely fine on drop off and the groomer having no explanation. Three expensive vet appointments later and months of recovery and he’s finally ok. I was wondering why the groomer called me so many times that day to come pick him up so quickly. It was so unlike them! Anyway, back to Spot. Spot is always completely professional, does exactly the bath or haircut you ask for, and adds shape and body to the groom that complements your dog’s body structure. I get so many complements on my standard poodle and send people straight to Spot. Even after a rainy walk, I can brush the dogs back out and their grooms still take their original shape. They don’t look like unfixable mops (even without the rain) like they would have a few days after a groom from the old place. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Spot. I trust them with my dog’s care. I trust them with my dog’s looks. The dogs don’t dread going in there and they come out happy and excited to take treats from their groomer.

You were wonderful in caring for my sometimes cranky dog. The haircut is just what we needed. He is still recovering from the experience but swam in the bay yesterday and didn't need to roll in the dry weeds as a towel afterwards!

Thank you for the chance to do this. Was actually thinking of doing this prior to your email. We could not be any happier with the job done. I normally wash and cut Wexford myself. You read our thoughts, gave you a few guidelines and you cut him to perfection. Wexford is a little funny, he either trusts you or not. no question when we picked him up he was very relaxed and not stressed. Particularly when it comes to cutting his nails. Wex will be back. with a smile and kisses...
