Thanks so much for giving Koda a great first grooming experience. Since he's a puppy I know it took some patience to handle any discomfort or fear he may have displayed with being groomed. He looks great and thank you for your understanding with handling him with care.

They have been such a breath of fresh air relative to what we have experienced. I can’t say enough. Our dog Daisy isn’t scared to go and comes out looking great.

Groom, dog spot is my favorite groomer in San Francisco. They do a perfect job on my standard poodle every time she comes out looking gorgeous and enjoys being at the spa. Thank you all for taking such good care of our sweet dogs.

Our experiences at Groom have ALL been excellent! we have been bringing Daisy for grooming for over the last 10 years. Our new puppy, Pebbles, received excellent care and service. One of your employees commented that Pebbles looked like our first dog, Buttercup - I was so touched that he remembered her - it's been about 7+ yrs since she passed and we are extremely touched with the comment. The staff is always warm and inviting! No worries about our doggies at Groom!

Really good across a number of factors: haircut is great and as requested, they let him out before going into the bath and provided water, super kind and communicative groomers, fair price!

I appreciate the attention and care they give my elderly dog. She has arthritis in her hips and back and needs gentle handling which they give her.
